in China.
LOTUS, EPS Co., Ltd. and TMRC Co., Ltd. announced that the parties completed a Sales Agreement of OMS0728 for the Chinese market. Under the terms of the agreement, LOTUS will develop OMS0728 and obtain its approval from SFDA , and EPS will obtain a sales right in the Chinese market.
